These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WorkMind HRM marketing website located at workmind.com (the “Site”). This is a placeholder document pending final legal review.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal or business purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including copy, screenshots, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to WorkMind and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
3. Product terms
Use of the WorkMind HRM product is governed by a separate Subscription Agreement. These Terms apply only to the marketing website.
4. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. WorkMind is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
